So we all want to know when is the best time to have sex to make a baby!  It’s the million dollar question.

I’m going to share with you today the method we use in the clinic given a 28 day cycle.

If you have a regular 28 day cycle and ovulate on day 14 you want to be having sex on Day 13, 14 and 15.  We have a fertile window that lasts 24-48 hours.

People become confused with all the information out there.  Having loads of sex before ovulation, by the time you ovulate the good sperm is exhausted.  Having sex every second day you can also  miss the fertile period.
