The Embyro Hug

Implantation is a dynamic process of life force, embedding itself into the cosmic garden. This hugely life changing process requires everything to be in alignment. It’s true what they say “the stars must be aligned”, from hormones to blood flow and anatomical alignment.

Research has found that increased blood flow rate improves the chances of pregnancy. Indicating that pregnancy rates increase with increasing endometrial volume. Essentially, better endometrial blood flow reflects uterine receptivity!

Welcome into my Cosmic garden Embryo!

If we take a look at the pelvic cavity, it is a huge bowl of life force structures that keep this cosmic garden centred as the divine feminine temple. The uterus (AKA womb) is held by ligaments, vessels, nerves, viscera and connective tissue that are interwoven.

Fascia plays an integral role in supporting these structure, as it is the biological fabric that holds us together.  Fascia forms in-utero, guiding our form, posture and motor expression. It is the continuum of evolution that evolves from conception. Providing the perfect synergy among different tissues and connecting all districts of the body.  The intelligence of this system communicates by reciprocity, sending and receiving.

As your embryo implants, it’s important to remember to breathe. Diaphragmatic breath creates receptivity and fluidity through the pelvic floor and pelvic cavity. The softness of this breath relaxes the meshwork of the endopelvicm sacrum and coccyx, letting go of stress and resistance, to create a container of life force that is vascular, fluid and supportive.

As your pregnancy continues to develop in the first few weeks. We  recommend combining Diaphragmatic breath followed with very subtle pelvic floor breath, a gentle hugging of belly to spine – THE EMBRYO HUG. To bring life force Qi and blood flow to your cosmic womb garden!
