Balanced Fire Element: The natural state of fire is contagious, your frequency is the ability to love unconditionally and experience the inherent joy of life itself. The heart transmits 5,000 times the energy of the brain. When the heart feels safe (by having balance in the other four elements), you spread your joy unconditionally with others. The heart is the empress of the organs. She represents your spirit (shen), your intuition and how your communicate your love in the world.

Imbalanced Fire Element: When the fire element is imbalanced there is an uncomfortable nervous giggle. You become easily excitable and there is a tendency towards having a scatter-brain: head in the clouds.

Deficiency: When the element of fire is deficient you can become overly sensitive, infatuated and can have suicidal thoughts.
