Earth Element.

Girlfriend you are Mother Gaia. You know how to live in the NOW and trust your inner wisdom.

Those strongly influenced by the element of Earth, governs practicality, stability, balance and nurturing.

Earth Personality: You are the glue that binds all elements together

You are nurturing, supportive, relaxed, orientated, sociable, sympathetic, considerate, agreeable, poised and attentive, you thrive on peace and harmony. You are the Caretakers, Peacemakers, Meditators and Loyal friends. 

Balanced Earth: Earth energies are where growth happens, the soil in which our lives flourish and grow. Earth energies are responsible for the integration of self; bringing together thoughts, words, ideas and concepts into philosophies and belief. When the earth element is aligned you are grounded and create whatever is needed.

Imbalance Earth: as nice as the balanced earth is, unbalanced excess earth frets and meddles. As the spleen and stomach are unable to carry out their processing and digesting function they become over-bearing and that wonderous groundedness turns and transforms into unmovable and impractical stubbornness, leading to worry, anxiety and obsession.

➕ Bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhoea
➕ Craving sweet food

Deficiency: Deficient Earth can be become clingy and vacillating, too eager to please others and unable to ask for help.
