This beautiful soup from our talented acupuncturist Dr Lucy Vorbach, will have your soul singing and your liver thanking you! A quick and easy recipe with just the right combination of herbs and vegetables. This soup will keep your organs loving you as we start waving goodby to the summer nights.
1 x brown onion
3 x cloves of garlic
1 x floret of broccoli
1/2 x floret of cauliflower
1 x zucchini
1 x large pinch oregano
2 x springs of rosemary
1 x pinch of chives
1 x pinch chilli flakes (optional)
1 litre of Broth Bliss Chicken bone broth
- sauté the onions and garlic till brown in a large soup pot.
- then add herbs
- then add your wonder detox veggies
- pour in broth
- cook for 30 – 45 mins (till veggies are soft)
- blend all ingredients with a stick blender
- makes 6 serves
